Mount Ida School District employees have an added monetary incentive to get their COVID-19 vaccine thanks to a state mandated vaccine pay plan approved by the school board.
Monday night board members approved a $200 incentive plan for all certified, classified and contracted employees of the district. The $200 is available to all mentioned employees who have taken a COVID-19 vaccine by September 1.
