Powell announces bid for Montgomery County Clerk

Regina Powell has announced her plans to run for Montgomery County Clerk. Her announcement is printed below.
Hello, my name is Regina Powell and I would like to announce my candidacy for Montgomery County Clerk. I have been a life-long resident of Montgomery County and have worked in the community for 22 years. I have been the wife of Rod Powell for 36 years, having three children and two grandchildren. My family and I are active members of the Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church. We are heavily involved in the community, having served in numerous fundraisers and benefit events.
I am a 1985 graduate of Caddo Hills High School and a 1995 graduate of National Park College’s radiologic program. For the past 36 years, Rod and I have owned and operated a family farm and a construction business, where I am responsible for accounting and finances. Along with operating our businesses, I also held a fulltime job as an X-ray technician, where I was responsible for patient care, customer transactions, and billing affairs. I feel my numerous years of business ownership and work-field experience have given me the skills necessary to be successful as the Montgomery County Clerk. I would greatly appreciate your vote.
